📩 What if my dog doesn't love it?
We want your dog to love their PawLumen projector!
If you're not completely satisfied, contact
our customer support team within 30 days of
delivery. We'll help you with your request
according to our return and refund policy.

process before shipment. Once shipped,
delivery generally takes 7–12 business days,

🐶 Is it safe for my dog?
PawLumen is a light projector, so there is nothing
for your dog to catch, chew, or swallow. Supervision
is recommended during play, and we suggest keeping
the projector and its cable out of your dog's reach
so it can't be chewed or knocked over.
🧭 Can I aim it?
Yes! The projector features a 360° adjustable
base, allowing you to aim the squirrel
projections toward your ceiling or walls.
Simply adjust the angle to create your
perfect squirrel forest!
